After upgrading to 6.0 1019 I find that I cannot move any of my selected groups to a new position within a folder, e.g. favorites folder is always alphabetically sorted. Is this by design?

Currently that is the way it is working. Quade has acknowledged the need for manual sorting as something it is desireable to add.
