I am using version 6.41 and have it running on two computers, one works fine but my second computer comes up with "No results when searching on Poster" every time I do a search?
Please Help

You probably have the Search Mode set to 'From', assuming you want to search for something in the Subject. It's the selector at the top of the search pane to the right of the Load Older button that looks like a curved arrow. That saves it's state from session to session, you might have changed that and forgotten, I've done that.
Note to Quade - noticed the hover popup help text says 'Search Mode' for both the search mode and this selector too, should probably say 'Search in' or something similar...
