Can't find "Global Filter"

This may be a dumb question, but I can't seem to find my "Global Filter" anywhere. In the listing of groups, some of them say "Global" and some say "none." I wanted to check the settings in my global filter, but can't find those settings anywhere. I went to options/filters, but it's not listed there. Any suggestions?

If I go to change group properties, I can select "properties," but again, no "global" listed.

If there isn't one listed then there isn't one. You can add one with the "New filter" button.

Thanks. Is there any issue with the fact that the groups in the group list are showing "Global"? I.e., will they automatically use the new "Global" filter, since the names will be the same, or do I have to go through and re-assign them all?

Global always applies. It's designed to be a single place you can add filters that then apply to all group. You can then create group specific filters and assign them to the group. In that case both global and the group specific group will apply.
