I'm lazy because I could probably figure it out, but say I wanted to a filter to delete nfo, nzb, sfv, srr, srs, url, htm?, diz related files to a download after a successful UnRAR, how would I go about it?

Look in the autopar options. You need to make a filter and select it here. It ONLY uses the filename filters so, "filename reject"-

[.]sfv
[.]nfo
....

And the like.
