? The New Watch Feature

Im Feeling Realy Dumb
I cant find the option to turn this feature on
Quade Says right clight New Watch...but right click where?
the only option i can find is for the nzb folder watcher
I Know Im Missing Something Image link not allowed for unregistered users

Look in the groups tab. If you don't have one use the view menu to add it. Watch lists load like groups so, it seemed like a good place for it.
